HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This company has been GREAT. They come and clean the pool at my mom’s house and she has been so impressed & happy with their services. The pool looks FABULOUS. Not only are they super informative and helpful with tips on pool care— they also went out of their way one day to help my mom move cinder blocks to her backyard. Who does that these days, ya know!? Thats the kind of company they are. SO NICE. I wish I could give more stars.

Sergeant Pool Services takes excellent care of our pool. Dereck is very knowledgeable and professional and provides in-depth explanations for how he maintains a chemical balance of the water. Dereck saved our pool! Over the 7 years of owning a pool, we couldn’t find a reliable and knowledgeable pool company. We were days away from putting our house in the market and our pool turned green. Sergeant Pool Services treats your pool like their own. I came back from vacation to a green pool (I had previously maintained it myself). I tried getting samples to the local storefronts to get their recommendations, but it took getting Sergeant over to truly fix my issue. Dereck made me feel like he was on a personal mission to get my pool back to normal. I appreciated his effort and diligence so much, I am retaining Sergeant as my pool services company for the foreseable future.

Glad I did, paying way less, they do more and they are way more knowledgeable than my previous pool guy. We hired Dereck at SPS to take care of our pool while we were out of town for several weeks. He delivered as promised, even submitting detailed reports regarding the pool chemistry and general conditions. When the water level got low SPS went out of its way to take care of that too, and even met our request to extend the contract by one week at the last minute. My neighbor, whom I trust, has been relying on SPS for years, so I knew we could too. And I was right.
